Physical Education ResourcesThere are a number of ways for personalized learning students to complete physical education requirements and achieve physical fitness. Some ideas are:
- Participate in an organized fitness program provided by a local recreation center or gym.
- Join an athletic team
- Regular use of aerobic exercise videos or exercise games appropriate to the student's age and ability.
- Walk, run, bike, or swim independently and keep a PE log of time spent doing each activity.
