Who We Are

Forest Charter School is a public school Personalized Learning Program sponsored by the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools which serves students in grades K-12. We are accredited by the Schools Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges

The Personalized Learning model is a tailored approach to learning that is flexible and individualized. Some of the educational components offered include:

Where We Are

Our main office is located in Nevada City at 224 Church Street. We serve student throughout Nevada, Placer, Yuba, and Sierra counties.

Compensation

• STRS/PERS
• Medical/Dental/Vision options for all employees
• Credentialed teacher salary range from $36,000 to $$55,588 plus $500 for Masters Degree
